1. Order Processing Time
All of our press-on nails and nail extension kits are made to order by professional nail artists across India. To guarantee flawless quality, please allow up to 15 working days for us to:
- Design and handcraft your chosen style
- Perform a final quality inspection
- Package your set with protective materials
2. Domestic Shipping
- Standard Delivery: Once your order leaves our studio, domestic transit typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check status in our “Shipment Tracking” section.
3. International Shipping
- Transit Times: International deliveries may require 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance in your country.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local import fees or taxes.
4. Shipping Rates
- Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and package weight. We display all costs transparently before you confirm your order.
- No Free Shipping: At this time, we do not offer free delivery.
