  1. No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

    Due to the custom nature of our nail sets, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations once your purchase is confirmed.

  2. Exchange Policy for Defects & Damages

    We want you to love your Glam Room experience—if your order arrives with defects, damage, or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    To process your exchange request, record a complete parcel-opening video and email it to us at care@glamroombykajal.site along with your order number.

    Once we verify the issue, we’ll resolve it within 2 working days.If replacement or exchanges or damage is approved a new set will be delivered with 2 days—absolutely free of charge.

  3. Reporting & Resolution Timeline

    • Report Window: You must report any defective or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Video Requirement: A full, uncut video of you opening the parcel helps us assess the claim quickly.
    • Resolution Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after claim approval.
