2. Orders & Payments
1. Order Confirmation: All Glam Room by Kajal nail sets and extension services are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Pricing: Product prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue offerings at our discretion.
3. Accepted Payments: We accept UPI, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
4. Installments: We do not offer EMI or installment payment plans at this time.
3. Shipping & Delivery
1. Processing Time: Allow up to 15 working days for handcrafted nail sets and extensions. International orders may require additional transit time.
2. Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address. We do not offer free shipping.
3. Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check status in our “Shipment Tracking” section.
4. Returns & Refunds
1. Non-Returnable Products: Custom nail sets and made-to-order services cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will inspect and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.
5. Nail Extensions & Training Services
1. Appointment Bookings: Nail extension sessions are available for Chandigarh and nearby areas only. Select “Nail Extension Appointments (Local Clients Only)” in our inquiry form.
2. Training Enrollment: By enrolling in Kajal’s Nail Extension Training, you agree to pay all fees as listed and to abide by our training policies (no cancellations or refunds once enrolled).
6. User Content & Privacy
1. Submissions: Any images, reviews, or feedback you share may be used by us for marketing and social media—always crediting you when possible.
2. Personal Information: We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which governs how we store and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, designs, and logos—is owned by Glam Room by Kajal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our materials without permission.
