1. General Questions
What is your return and cancellation policy?
All our nail sets are handcrafted and customized to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or modifications once an order is confirmed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit the “Shipment Tracking” section on our website to view the latest status.

2. Product & Application
Which nail set variant should I choose?
- Set of 12 Nails: Includes 12 sizes; any 10 fit comfortably.
- Set of 24 Nails: Covers all sizes for full coverage.
- Custom Size: Upload a clear photo of your hand and thumb, then provide measurements as per our Size Guide.
How do I apply my press-on nails?
- Prep your nails by pushing back cuticles and gently buffing.
- Select the best-fit nail for each finger.
- Apply a thin layer of glue (or adhesive tab), press firmly for 10 seconds, and avoid water for 2 hours to let the bond set.
How do I remove press-on nails safely?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes or apply cuticle oil around the edges. Gently lift from one side—never force or scrape.
How long will my press-on nails last?
With our premium nail glue, you can enjoy up to 12 days of flawless wear when cared for properly.
Any special care instructions?
Handle jewel-embellished or 3D sets gently. Wear gloves when using cleaning products, and follow the included care guide for best results.
3. Nail Extensions & Training
How do I book a nail extension appointment?
Select “Nail Extension Appointments (Local Clients Only)” in the “Choose Topic” dropdown of our contact form. Appointments are currently available for Chandigarh and surrounding areas.
Does Glam Room by Kajal offer training courses?
Yes! Enroll in our Nail Extension Training program to learn Kajal’s signature techniques—ideal for aspiring nail artists and salon professionals.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you offer installment plans?
No, we currently do not offer installment or EMI options.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All sets are custom-made by professional nail artists. Please allow up to 15 working days for production and delivery. International orders may vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
